We offer the following services to our clients:

For EU-based Clients:

• Establishment and management of a user account in the Internal Market Information System (IMI).

• Submission of individual and collective notifications for posted drivers.

• Communication with the relevant authorities in each country and handling of inspection requests.

• Submission of entries and documents via the IMI portal.

• Participation in inspection procedures, providing necessary information in consultation with clients, and concluding the inspection process on behalf of clients.

For Non-EU Clients:

• Establishment of a user account on national reporting portals in France, Germany, Poland, Belgium, or other countries as soon as the requirement to register posted drivers is introduced.

• Based on the previously provided data, the EXPO team registers the drivers to be posted by the clients to the respective countries in accordance with the applicable regulations.

• Receiving and handling requests from the relevant authorities to initiate monitoring and inspection procedures.

• Providing consulting and necessary professional support for clients in preparing documents as part of monitoring and inspection procedures.

• Reviewing documents as part of monitoring and inspection procedures and submitting them to the relevant authorities.

• Providing necessary information and concluding the inspection process on behalf of the client.
